What Is It?
CareSphere’s disability home care services include help with personal care, simple living tasks, companionship, and support with daily routines. We provide non-medical home and community-based services to help people with physical and developmental disabilities, and limited mobility stay independent.
Our caregivers help with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housework. We work closely with families and support coordinators to make sure that all of a person’s needs for daily living, emotional, and social support are met.
